What we collect

We collect survey answers about your fitness routines, goals, frustrations, and tools, together with a session identifier and any referral or campaign information included with your visit. Please do not include names, medical records, or other sensitive information in open-text answers.

If you join the optional Insider List, we collect your email address, session identifier, and signup time. The identifier can connect your signup to your survey response. An email address is not required to complete the survey.

Your browser stores survey progress and completion information for the session. Vercel hosts the website and provides security and bot verification; Supabase stores responses and signups. These providers may process request information such as your IP address, browser information, and security signals. Meta Pixel is not enabled.

How we use information

We use responses to understand fitness needs and guide product planning. If you opt in to the Insider List, we may email research updates, invitations to optional interviews, and possible beta opportunities. You can decline any interview or unsubscribe from emails. Participation does not guarantee a product launch or beta access.

Hosting, database, and security providers process information to operate and protect the website. We do not sell survey responses or email signups.

How long we keep information

We review identifiable survey responses within 12 months of collection and delete or anonymize information we no longer need. We may retain aggregate findings for product planning. This review period is not a promise that every response will be deleted at exactly 12 months.

We review email signups at least annually and keep them while needed for the updates you requested. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates and may keep a minimal suppression record to prevent further messages.

Your choices and contact

For privacy questions, a request to delete information, or to stop emails, contact Elevate Workflows at info@elevateworkflows.com. For email removal, send from the address you used to sign up. If you did not share an email, we may need your session identifier to locate a response and may be unable to identify it otherwise.

Requests are handled by the owner. Please avoid sending sensitive information when contacting us. We will update this notice if our collection or use of information changes.
